- सरकार द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त आर्किटेक्चरल संस्थान से आर्किटेक्चर में डिप्लोमा
- महाराष्ट्र सरकार से आर्किटेक्चर में इंटरमीडिएट सर्टिफिकेट (तीन साल का पूर्णकालिक कोर्स या, चार साल का अंशकालिक कोर्स) उसके बाद तीन साल का व्यावहारिक अनुभव
- उत्तर प्रदेश या किसी अन्य राज्य के स्टेट बोर्ड ऑफ टेक्निकल एजुकेशन से आर्किटेक्चरल असिस्टेंटशिप में डिप्लोमा (तीन साल का पूर्णकालिक कोर्स), उसके बाद चार साल का व्यावहारिक अनुभव
